Group Four team work participated in a project meeting with the Donor, the Hospital Management Team to review and discuss the latest project design drawings in preparation for the upcoming construction phase.

The primary objective of the meeting was to review and clarify the architectural, structural, MEP, and overall project drawings, ensuring that all technical requirements and operational needs were fully understood before construction begins. The session also provided an opportunity for the Donor and Hospital representatives to share their comments, operational requirements, and recommendations based on their future use of the facilities.

During the discussion, the design team carefully addressed all comments and technical queries, while recording additional requests for incorporation into the final construction drawings. These revisions will help ensure that the completed facility meets healthcare standards, improves functionality, and aligns with the expectations of all project stakeholders.
