The Parking and Office Building Project of Royal University of Law and Economics was developed to facilitate students and university staff in maintaining vehicle organisation, orderliness, and safety within the university campus. The project was designed based on the concept of enhancing and improving the green spaces outlined in the university’s Master Plan, while integrating harmoniously with the overall architectural context of the campus.
The building design emphasises protection from direct solar heat and carefully incorporates natural ventilation strategies to improve indoor comfort through architectural solutions developed by the professional design team. The building’s colour scheme was selected to complement the surrounding existing university buildings, while additional accent colours were introduced to distinguish functional zones and spatial divisions, creating a more attractive and dynamic architectural identity.
The building has dimensions of 15.00 × 42.50 meters, with a total floor area of approximately 10,185.89 square meters and an overall height of 30.045 meters. The development consists of a ground floor, Levels 1 through 6, a mezzanine floor, a terrace floor, and a metal roofing system.
The functional arrangement of each floor is as follows: Ground Floor: Vehicle parking area, banquette court, electrical room, water pump room, storage rooms, and common facilities Level 1: Offices, storage rooms, and shared restrooms Levels 2 to 5: Classrooms and shared restrooms Level 6: Meeting hall, technical rooms, changing rooms, waiting area, and shared restrooms Mezzanine Floor: Water tank room and elevator machine room Terrace Floor: Roof terrace and metal roof structure.
